Is there a free trial?
Every Email Domain Security plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. The Domain Security Check is free with no trial needed, and once you own the Full Report the first month of Monitoring is free.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing on Email Domain Security is ten months for twelve, so two months are free every year.
Can we pay by invoice?
Public-sector and enterprise buyers can pay by invoice. Talk to us and we will set it up.
How is this different from a cheap tool or a free DMARC report?
Tools give you a dashboard and leave the work to you: reading reports, finding senders, fixing records, deciding when to tighten. We do all of that for you and take your domain all the way to full protection. You are paying for the outcome, not a report.
How long does it take to get fully protected?
Most domains get there within a few weeks. It depends on how many systems send email as you. On the Managed and Scale plans we guarantee it: fully protected within 90 days of onboarding, for reasons within our control, or your subscription is free from day 91 until you are. After that, we keep you protected with ongoing monitoring.
What do I get in the emailed report?
The instant result shows your score, your rating, and how many issues we found. The emailed report, sent as a private link, explains every finding in plain English: what it means for you, with a severity rating, across email, website, exposure and brand. The step-by-step fix for each issue comes with the £50 full report, as a PDF you keep.
